            The company was built by Tuan Haji Ismail Bin Haji Ahmad who born from Kg Mata Ayer,Perlis in September 1987 on a small village.Then he create Al Wahida Traditional Herbal Remedy company .

                After 8 years of operation and hardness,the hardness are pay back with a legacy of their ancestors ,HPA industries Sdn Bhd was established on 15 th 1995 .HPA are refer to the Al-Wahida Herbal Remedy.

                HPA had huge experience in the past and they were able to record a history of survive and and success with doing good job until now. The optimal goal of this company is to provide happiness to customer who using traditional herbal remedy  as a treatment alternative to the community,not only health but can secure prosperity and enrich lives .HPA have all the quality product of traditional alternatives.

                HPA is the new fresh ideo of young farmer who are extensive experience in the field of herbs in Malaysia. The man referred is Mr Haji Ismail bin Ahmad.He is the owners and also as Managing Director.

There are some problems faced by the company .Among them are traditional business practisers do not operate within all day.This traditional way of business will resulting in unsatisfied customer.An example,customer always complain why their call doesn’t pick up.This show old way of work in this company.In this case customer will feel angry when he had to make another visit just to check up the availability of the product.

In addition,other problems faced by the company is not able to manage  and keep a record of the purchase in a systematic and structured products.Depositary  and information management manually need to take a long time to store and manage the information .

Sometimes,these companies also faced problems such as loss of detail information and information search problem .The existence of such problems caused by the existing system had no facility database for storage  and information management processes.

The existing system also cannot be used to assist  calculations  automatically outstanding stock.Manual systems used by these administrators needs to take along time to calculate the remaining outstanding stock or stock count has been sold.

In addition,the system manually counting is most likely inaccurate .Such as situation can occur when administrators make the mistakes of entering the calculations into files.

The last disadvantage of HPA also is,the club member usually doesn’t  show enough courage to enter the business.From my previous experience,when I go to the the shop for the first time,it still opened.But when I repeated go for the second time,there will no shop anymore.It will closed already.But in my opinion,the product quite exciting and have good quality.They should learn how to maintain the business steady.
